1. Order Processing & Fulfillment To guarantee maximum freshness, potency, and quality, all our products are custom-labeled and packed freshly on-demand.

  • Fulfillment Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for our warehouse team to prepare, quality-check, and package your order.

  • Once your order has been carefully packed and leaves our facility, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes We work with trusted domestic carriers to ensure your package arrives safely at your doorstep. Once your order is processed and shipped, the delivery time is as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Total Estimated Time: From the moment your order is placed, the total estimated window to receive your package is 5 to 9 business days (comprising processing + shipping time).

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Tracking Your Order As soon as your tracking number becomes active, you can monitor your package's journey through the carrier's tracking page. If you do not receive your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please reach out to our customer support team.

4. Shipping Address Modifications Because we initiate our on-demand fulfillment process quickly to get your products to you as fast as possible, we can only accommodate address changes within 12 hours of order placement. Please double-check your delivery details at checkout to avoid any shipping delays or misdeliveries.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged during transit, or if tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately. We will work swiftly with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure your products reach you safely.
